Before this, he also led and scaled the leading digital communications agency in the Nordics, DDB Stockholm, as the company’s CEO.

With over 18 years of expertise in his field, he has created and managed multiple influential brands. Cristina Diezhandino is the Chief Marketing Officer at Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol, and is the former Brand Director of Unilever. She was named the WFA Global Marketer of the Year 2022 after making the annual award’s shortlist for the second time in a row.

Aoife Nally is an experienced marketer and leader in the beauty and tech sectors. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Elvie, she leads sales and marketing on a global scale. Previously, she acted as the Head of Personal Care (Northern Europe) at Dyson, where she built Dyson’s personal care division across Northern Europe, starting with the launch of the supersonic hair dryer.
Alfred Malmros co-founded Anyone, a radically different networking app that makes getting and giving advice easier through five-minute phone calls. Before this, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Google Jigsaw, the New York–based tech incubator that explores threats to open societies and builds technology that inspires scalable solutions. He’s also currently a member of the board of advisors for Open Briefing, an NGO defending and empowering those on the frontlines of civil society by keeping them and their partners safe and secure online and in the real world.

Zoe Scaman founded Bodacious, a strategy studio fuelled by bold and audacious thinking, and is the Strategy Lead at 77X, a production company founded by NBA superstar Luka Dončić. Zoe worked at ground-breaking creative agencies such as Naked Communications and Droga5; film companies like Ridley Scott Creative Group; and forward-thinking consultancies, such as Undercurrent, London Strategy Unit, and The Upside.
Johan Pihl is an award-winning creative director and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in advertising. For the last decade, Johan has shifted his focus toward purpose-driven service design and innovation. In 2018, he founded Doconomy, a service providing digital solutions to help us live more sustainably. In 2021, he was named a 2021 Fast Company World Changing Ideas Awards Winner.

James Vincent hosts Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies podcast: He founded FNDR, a partnership of best-in-class storytellers working with some of the most transformative founders today. James worked alongside Steve Jobs for over a decade, building Apple’s narrative for ground-breaking products, including iPod, iTunes, iPhone, App Store, and iPad. During this time, he founded and was CEO of Apple’s exclusive global agency partner, Media Arts Lab, which he grew to over 500 people across six offices globally.
