Introducing the library overview page

A new way for brand and marketing teams to instantly grasp what’s in a library, what’s new, and what needs attention.
On this page

Keeping up with an evolving media library shouldn't feel overwhelming. That’s why we built the Library Overview Page: a single, structured view that helps you stay on top of your assets, uncover what’s changing, and give your team immediate clarity—without extra clicks.

Built from real needs, with real customer input

During our annual innovation week, Sparks, our product team took on a challenge we knew many of our users were facing. As media libraries expand, so does the complexity of managing them. New assets are added daily, collections are created on the fly, and feedback flows in constantly. For administrators and managers, staying on top of it all was becoming a full-time job.
From the start, this wasn’t built in isolation. We actively involved brand and marketing teams in the discovery phase, gathering feedback to understand how they manage content at scale. Their insights helped shape both the concept and functionality—ensuring the solution would be practical, relevant, and immediately valuable.

We were very impressed seeing this concept brought to life. It goes beyond what we thought would be possible to summarise in one view. This will be very useful to our librarians.

A clear home for every library

The idea was simple but ambitious: give every library a home. A space where users can instantly understand what the library is for, what’s changing, and what deserves attention—all without digging through folders or filters.
The overview starts with a visual and textual introduction to the library. From there, dynamic highlights surface what’s newly added, what’s performing best, and what may need attention, such as assets nearing expiration. The goal is to turn complexity into clarity.

Made to work the way brand teams do

The Library Overview Page isn’t just a visual upgrade—it’s a workflow enabler. It gives teams the visibility they need without adding to their workload. Whether you’re prepping for a campaign, onboarding new team members, or simply keeping tabs on what’s evolving, this view becomes your starting point.
