Building the platform
Creating the Frontify hub wasn’t just about uploading logos and templates. It was a strategic effort to design a seamless user experience across regions. Mapping the navigation, anticipating user behavior, and customizing functionality were some of the most complex (and rewarding) aspects.
Rather than build a rigid system, the team opted for agility: testing new modules, incorporating feedback from regional leads, and continuously evolving the system based on usage patterns.

Following launch, Frontify gives M+C Saatchi's global network a single place to collaborate. With a single source of truth for brand and growth tools, the agency aims to see measurable impact in four areas:
