The challenge

Alfa Laval's brand was taking multiple, inconsistent directions with no unified vision across teams and regions. The branding guidelines existed only as a static PDF — outdated and impractical for a modern, global brand. Without proper templates or scalable systems, creating consistent content was a time-consuming process with varied results, leading to scattered interpretations and inefficient workflows.

The solution

Alfa Laval implemented Frontify as part of its company-wide North Star initiative to drive brand consistency and scalability. The team replaced static PDFs with an interactive, centralized brand hub that featured built-in templates tailored to different user needs. The platform enabled easy content creation directly in the browser without requiring design software licenses. The flexible templates — more than 50 for ads and over 70 for social media — maintain brand integrity while offering creative freedom.
