Im Jahr 2012 erkannte Frontify Gründer und CEO Roger Dudler eine entscheidende Lücke im Bereich kollaborativer Brand Management Tools. Seine Vision – eine Software zu entwickeln, die die Zusammenarbeit in Branding- und Designprojekten grundlegend verändert – führte 2013 zur Gründung von Frontify. Mit Unterstützung von Branchenexpert:innen und frühzeitiger Marktvalidierung starteten wir mit dem Ziel, Markenmanagement zu vereinfachen.

Our progress

We’re officially a certified B Corp

In winter 2025, we completed our B Impact Assessment and secured our B Corp certification.

Earning our B Corp certification confirms that we’re living up to the values we believe in and a formal recognition of our commitment towards ESG principles. The BCorp certification validates our commitment to verified impact across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers, and ensures we create lasting value for all stakeholders.

This recognition is also a promise: We’ll continue to improve and use our business as a force for good.

Along our certification journey, we launched a demographic survey to better understand and measure the makeup of our workforce. Robust ESG requirements for third-party providers were established, alongside our new Supplier Code of Conduct. To strengthen transparency and accountability across the company, we rolled out a whistleblowing tool and grievance resolution policy. Our 2024 Carbon Footprint Assessment was completed, and Greenly became our ESG platform partner. The journey culminated in successfully completing the B Corp Verification phase.

Looking ahead

In 2026, we’re committed to upholding high CSR/ESG standards: We’ll continue to monitor our practices, embrace best-in-class approaches, and strengthen our role as a trusted partner for our customers’ sustainability strategies.
