Are you the one who brings order to the force (or the Sales team)?
Our Sales team currently consists of 20 people. Half of them are a bit more experienced Account Executives, the other half are Sales Development Reps, usually recent graduates. Even though they’re all kind of doing sales, we don’t really call them salespeople. Why? Because Sales at Frontify is a bit different: more consultative, no commission, and many more specialties. Your goal is it to support the Sales Lead with anything: help shape the future of the team, make it more efficient, analyze and manage its performance, and much more. Actually, it’s all down to how you interpret the role. We’re flexible in that way.
Support the Sales team | Manage operations and processes | Overlook and develop systems and tools | You’re the “Head of Reporting and Analytics” | Manage training, and enable (new) employees | Build up the team (recruiting) | Challenge the Sales Lead in strategy and planning
