HR Internship

Hire yourself, and define your own salary (just kidding, only senior HR can do that).

The internship is meant to be a full-time position, and will last around 6 months. After successful completion, a part-time employment (while studying) or a start in a permanent role is always possible – also in other fields of our business; this can be a place to grow.

Your team:
The Employee Success Team is responsible for pretty much what the name implies. But apart from that, there’s so much more to it. It starts with appealing to suitable people, choosing the right ones while ensuring a nice candidate experience, and setting the context for them to thrive and be happy. We’re currently growing at lightning speed and have to reinvent HR theory – the way others do it doesn’t necessarily make sense for us. We’re a bit different – we aim to be – and that’s where you’ll come in.

You’ll do:
Fill the candidate pipeline (define suitable platforms, media, events, initiatives, etc.) | Write and post job ads | Actively approach candidates (on LinkedIn, etc.) | Co-lead campus recruiting | Screen applications | Conduct first interviews with applicants | Plus, other things you’re passionate about.

Some fancy things you might bring to the table: 
University degree (or almost done) | English (C2) | A keen interest in HR topics | Some relevant work experience | Writing and researching skills.
